Florent Trouiller

Florent Trouiller is a tax lawyer based in Luxembourg and is head of the Norton Rose Fulbright Luxembourg tax practice.

Florent advises high net worth clients and international investment funds on the full range of tax structuring and estate planning issues. He is skilled in national and international tax law, with a particular focus on cross-border private equity and real estate investments as well as the structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds. He also has significant experience, both in Luxembourg and abroad, assisting clients with all tax aspects of capital markets, corporate, finance and securitization transactions.

Florent is an active member of professional organizations including the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (tax executive committee), the American Chamber of Commerce Luxembourg (tax committee), ALFI (DAC 6, VAT, BEPS and double tax treaties working groups) and the Luxembourg Capital Market Association (tax committee). He is a member of the tax committee of the Luxembourg Bar Association. Florent is also a founding member and sitting at the board of the Luxembourg Pro Bono Association.

Florent holds a Master’s degree in private law and a Specialized Graduate Diploma (DESS) in business law and taxation from the University of Lyon (France). He completed the Erasmus programme at the Copenhagen Business School (Denmark). Florent holds a Master of science in management from the EMLYON Business School (France).
