Florence Aubonnet

Partner Florence Aubonnet advises in employment restructurings, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions for national and cross-border corporations and investment funds intending to establish, acquire or restructure business entities in France. She also specialises in arrangements for setting up European Works Councils, and advises on the impact of establishing a European Company (SE) via restructuring or cross-border mergers. Her clients include large corporations in many different business sectors whether services or industries.

Florence is highly involved in the firm’s global initiatives co-lead by L&E Global, an international top ranked employment alliance of 29 prominent employment-law firms co-founded by Flichy Grangé Avocats in 2011. She also lectures at the Paris Bar School and at the Paris II Assas University - Master 2 in Business Law & Tax and she regularly publishes articles on employment related topics. Her overall legal expertise is repeatedly recognized by international legal directories such as Chambers and Best Lawyers.
