Floran Pustina

Floran Pustina is a corporate and commercial law practitioner and he is a managing partner with the firm. In his earlier career, he has worked as legal program officer for international institutions until 2005, and during this time he has also been teaching law in public and private universities. Floran joined the firm in late 2005. From 2009 he has worked in establishing the firm’s practice in Kosovo, where he played a pivotal role in the establishment of the office, and he covers now both offices of the firm in Tirana and Prishtina.

His practice areas cover industries such as renewables, telecom, banking, infrastructure and energy, fintech, life sciences and healthcare, retail and consumer, intellectual property, and real estate, with a particular focus on energy, which includes solar, wind, hydro, and fossil fuels. Floran has an extensive experience in M&A projects in both Albania and Kosovo, project finance, privatizations, procurement, international arbitration, competition and regulatory. Floran has developed a strong connection with the clients’ management and executives and he is appreciated by the clients of the firm for his in depth and outstanding technical knowledge and understanding the business from the clients’ perspective.
