Flor has over 25 years of experience in Intellectual Property matters, particularly concerning trademark distinctiveness issues, copyrights, Intellectual Property (IP) agreements, data protection, audits and acquisition of IP assets.

Her practice area focuses mainly on trademark protection and maintenance devices, IP portfolio management in Mexico and abroad, drafting and recording license agreements, coexistence, franchise and sponsorship agreements.

Likewise, Flor is highly experienced in IP assets audits provided as support to M&A agreements and financing transactions. Flor has been recognized in several international rankings as an influential and outstanding performance woman in her practice area.
