My clients are typically business owners, company directors or other professionals and their families. I also advise trustees and beneficiaries of family trusts.

Whilst I advise clients generally on all aspects of Inheritance tax, succession and estate planning, I have a particular interest in UK family trusts and settlements. This ranges from constituting new trusts; varying existing trusts to adapt them to current circumstances; actively managing trusts to maximise asset return; advising trustees on their duties and powers, or beneficiaries on their entitlement; to extracting assets and arranging orderly winding up of trusts.

I regularly act for 3 generations of a family, and have done for many years, as trusted adviser

I am a director of Hill Dickinson Trust Corporation Limited, which provides fiduciary services as professional executor and/or trustee, and in select circumstances will act personally as a trustee.
