He graduated in Law at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and obtained a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-Rio) and a master degree at State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Filipe is currently engaged in doctorate program (PhD) at UERJ, where he is developing a thesis on regulation of Artificial Intelligence.
