Fernando Westin Marcondes Pereira

Tax Litigation

With 20 years of experience, Fernando is a partner at the firm and head of the tax litigation team. He is a tax litigation specialist, with relevant experience in both judicial and administrative tax litigation matters. He also acts on due diligences and international tax matters.

His expertise is widely recognized, as evidenced by his inclusion in esteemed publications such as Chambers, Legal500, ITR World Tax, Análise Advocacia and Latin Lawyer 250, including its activities in the food and beverage and consumer goods sectors.

Before joining Ayres Ribeiro Advogados in 2013, he worked at Rolim Goulart Cardoso Advogados.

He holds an LLB (2002) from the Universidade Paulista, postgraduate specializaton (2005) in Tax Law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP), and an LLM (2015) in Tax Law from the Insper.
