VAT specialist with extensive experience in Spanish and European VAT compliance, policy and advisory.

I combine my role as VAT practitioner and advisor with leading institutional positions: President of the International VAT Association, Member of the European Commission’s VAT Expert Group, Chair of the VAT Expert Group at AEDAF and President of the Fundación Madrid VAT Forum. Through these roles, I contribute to shaping VAT policy while helping businesses navigate complex compliance requirements in Spain and across the European Union
