Ms. Zhao Feng is a generalist in the area of government enforcement and regulatory compliance. Her practice covers securities compliance and litigation, anti-bribery, internal investigation, litigation and arbitration as well as criminal compliance. She has rich experience in providing services to both multinational and domestic clients.

Ms. Zhao represented a great number of listed companies and their senior executives, intermediary institutes, financial institutes and investment companies in government enforcement cases concerning securities compliance matters. She is specialized in handling cases addressing financial issues. With rich experience and deep insights in the field, Ms. Zhao worked on various landmark cases, such as CITIC Securities'impunity case related to CITADEL's securities margin trading and Kangdexin's financial fraud case. Ms. Zhao assists clients with framing and enacting comprehensive and targeted strategies by not only addressing legal issues but also financial ones. With her experience in economic crimes, Ms. Zhao is highly sought after in cases involving all administrative, civil and criminal risks.

Ms. Zhao joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2017 and is a partner. Before joining, she worked in King&Wood Mallesons for various years.

Ms. Zhao won her Juris Master Degree in PRC Law and Juris Doctor Degree in U.S. Law in Peking University and her Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance in Nankai University.
