She is specialized in handling cases addressing financial issues. With rich experience and deep insights in the field, Ms. Zhao worked on various landmark cases, such as CITIC Securities'impunity case related to CITADEL's securities margin trading and Kangdexin's financial fraud case. Ms. Zhao assists clients with framing and enacting comprehensive and targeted strategies by not only addressing legal issues but also financial ones. Ms. Zhao won her Juris Master Degree in PRC Law and Juris Doctor Degree in U.S. Law in Peking University and her Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance in Nankai University.
