Mr. Liu Feng specializes in mergers & acquisitions, overseas listings, foreign direct investment and corporate affairs.
Mr. Liu has extensive experience in cross-border transactions and investment projects. He has represented a number of listed and non-listed companies and private firms in their outbound investments in Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa and other regions and countries. His experience covers a wide range of industries including environmental protection, new energy, resources, pharmaceuticals, securities, telecom, real estate, and manufacturing, etc. He assists clients in transaction/financing structure design, drafting and review of transactional documentation, due diligence, negotiations, coordination with government authorities and foreign legal counsel.
Mr. Liu is active in representing multinational companies, medium-to-large domestic companies and start-up companies in their greenfield investment, M&A, restructuring, due diligence, as well as daily matters. He has also advised a number of issuers and underwriters in overseas listings.
