With 20 years of consolidated experience, he is dedicated to conducting complex and strategic litigation, covering contractual, corporate, civil liability, banking and capital markets issues, as well as cases related to insolvency (judicial reorganization and bankruptcy) and credit recovery. He is certified by the ICFML to practice law in corporate mediation and is a member of the CAMES BRASIL Arbitrators list.
During the 2019-2021 triennium, he was a member of the Corporate Law Committee of the OAB-MG, and currently holds the position of member (Secretary) of the same Committee for the 2022-2024 triennium. With a solid academic contribution, he served as Adjunct Professor of Business Law at the Milton Campos School of Law from 2013 to 2022, with priority responsibilities in the Master's Program and scientific research. Previously, he taught as a Substitute Professor of Private Law at UFMG (by public examination). He has been a Visiting Professor at IBMEC-MG in the postgraduate program since 2013 and Adjunct Professor of Business Law in the undergraduate program in Law, with responsibilities in Corporate Law and Business Insolvency (2024).
