Prior to founding Hefesto Asesores, he served as Head of the Venture Capital Legal Department at Nacional Financiera, Mexico's government-backed development bank, where he advised a MXN $3.5 billion Fund of Funds and structured and negotiated more than 30 venture capital fund investments.

Maquia Capital Acquisition Corporation – Advised on the Mexican structuring and funding aspects of Maquia’s approximately US$175 million Nasdaq IPO, including the implementation of its cross-border investment structure.
ACAD – Advised ACAD on its sale to Andersen Global, as part of Andersen’s continued expansion of its legal and professional services platform in Mexico.
BioEsol – Advised BioEsol on its US$15 million structured equity and debt financing round led by CIRI Ventures, supporting the expansion of its energy-storage platform.
Forandra Capital – Advised on the structuring and launch of Forandra Capital and its activist investment platform, targeting approximately MXN$3 billion and providing Mexican investors with exposure to global shareholder activism strategies.
