Farah Al-Nabulsi is a partner in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice and Head of the UAE Corporate practice. She has been practicing law in the MENA region since 2008 and in the UAE since 2016. Farah regularly advises regional, international and multinational clients on domestic and cross border M&A transactions, joint ventures, investments, market entry, restructurings and disposals, as well as broader corporate governance and commercial matters across the GCC.
Farah is recognised for her ability to lead complex transactions and provide pragmatic regulatory and commercial advice.
Dual qualified in England & Wales and Jordan, Farah is bilingual in English and Arabic and has extensive experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents in both languages.
