With the background of working as a senior engineer in China National Institute of Standardization as early as 1989, she has a deep insight into standard essential patent (SEP) and has handled an enormous number of notable SEP cases, which played a significant role in promoting the revision of patent law and examination guidelines, as well as promoting the judicial practice of patent protection in China.
