Mrs. Fairuz Smew specializes in Corporate and Commercial Law, Construction and Public Works Contracts, Taxations, and General Business Law Matters. She has assisted many clients in Libya through a variety of services, including local set up, employment relations, drafting and concluding of all types of agreements, all through to the final stages of liquidation. She is also the point of contact for many of the firm’s client embassies and diplomatic missions.
Mrs. Fairuz is a law graduate from Griffith College in Dublin, which has been accredited by the Nottingham Trent University since 2005. She furthered her studies at Nottingham Trent University in International Trade Law, covering subjects such as International Finance, Dispute Resolution, Insurance of Carriage & Trade, and the World Trade Organization. Recently, Mrs. Fairuz has been involved as one of the team members assisting in an international consortium in awarding a Public Work Contract valued at $200 million. Mrs. Fairuz speaks both Arabic and English fluently.
