Fabrizio Castellano is a specialist in representing in civil, commercial, criminal administrative-contested and constitutional procedures.

He counsels on commercial and investment conflict solution. He has ample experience in negotiation, mediation and pre-judicial or judicial conciliation of contradictory claims of the parties. He assists in the preparation of procedural strategies for the due protection of each client’s rights, and in follow-up and evaluation of judicial processes of all kinds, whether representing the plaintiff or the defendant.

Fabrizio is an extrajudicial conciliator for the Conciliation Center of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, certified by the Ministry of Justice, and a member of the advisory committee of journals specializing in procedural issues and has published various articles on Law issues, mainly on current procedural matters. He has participated as author in the recent publication of Gaceta Jurídica. El Código Procesal Civil comentado.
