Practice Areas
Fabio is a founding partner and manager at Andrade Maia, where he founded and coordinates the Tax and Administrative Law areas. He continues to define the strategy and legal theory behind all major cases, even when he’s not involved in day to day activities. He specialized in high-complexity litigation cases, with comprehensive experience in conducting leading cases in the Supreme federal Court and the Superior Court of Justice. He also has comprehensive experience at CARF, an Administrative Court in which he participated.
Fabio co-authored the theory that later became the constitutional principle of Tax Cooperation, incorporated into the Federal Constitution in 2023. This achievement earned Fabio formal recognition from both the São Paulo and Porto Alegre City Councils — highlighting the firm’s influence on tax policy at a national level.
