She is an IP specialized lawyer, with over 20 years of experience in the Industrial Property area in which she has developed significant counselling in Patents, compliance and Trademarks portfolio management, strategy and contentious work, as well as international relationships with experienced professionals in key regions throughout the world. She also advises local and foreign companies in the acquisition of intellectual property rights and franchises through due diligence procedures and in the preparation of legal for several business strategies.
