Career
Has represented clients in more than 90 Section 337 cases. Formerly in the General Counsel’s Office of the US International Trade Commission (where he helped draft the modern Section 337 and implementing regulations), and later assistant to the Chairman; then International Trade Counsel to the Senate Finance Committee, with oversight of trade negotiations and passage of implementing legislation. Founding member and past President, ITC Trial Lawyers Association.
