Also specialises in international arbitration. Provides advice to clients on industrial property rights, including in disputes concerning unfair competition. In the field of advertising, she advises on organization of games and promotions.
As a member of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance, she provides consultancy services as part of global promotional and advertising campaigns. Advises clients on global management of rights to trademarks. Has experience in food law, in particular in disputes concerning nutrition and health claims. A speaker at international conferences on industrial property law, advertisement law, and pharmaceutical law.
Combines her practice at SK&S with academia – she heads the Department of Intellectual Property Law at the Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
