Eve-Christie Vermynck is a Tech Transactions; Data, Privacy and Security partner in the firm’s London office. She focuses her practice on technology, AI, intellectual property, data protection and cybersecurity matters in Europe and abroad. Qualified in multiple jurisdictions (England & Wales, Paris and New York), she has extensive experience advising clients on the implementation of international projects using a pragmatic and risk-based approach. She is a member of The City of London Law Society’s Data Law and AI committees.

Ms. Vermynck assists clients on the implementation of tech projects, AI and related governance across a wide range of industries, including in fintech, biotech and renewable energy. She advises on technology transfer deals, cloud contracts, large corporate and commercial transactions, complex intellectual property licensing arrangements, enterprise-wide AI and compliance strategies, data optimisation as well as data privacy compliance assessments under European data protection laws, including in the context of e-discovery involving cross-border regulatory and litigation proceedings. Eve-Christie also regularly assists clients on cyber preparedness, crisis management and cyber incident responses in compliance with European data protection and cybersecurity law requirements.
