Ms. Masinter litigates employment, business, and healthcare matters, including defending class actions. She handles administrative matters with the EEOC, DOL, and OSHA. Ms. Masinter represents management in injunction proceedings involving Unions, defends wage and hour and other EEO claims, and handles non-compete cases and insurance coverage issues. She provides advice and revisions on employment policies and procedures, regularly conducts supervisor training on avoiding discrimination, harassment and retaliation in the work place, and frequently presents on employment law topics such as the interplay between the FMLA and the ADA.
