Eva Geschke works as litigator and consultant in patent law for a variety of national and international clients. Apart from many national and international groups, she also represents a host of innovative German SMEs, covering diverse technical fields, including pharma, engineering and electrical engineering, telecommunications, biotechnology and chemistry. She possesses a thorough scientific-technical understanding and the respective professional expertise. In addition to representing her clients in infringement cases before the various patent litigation courts throughout Germany, Eva Geschke regularly acts in opposition and nullity proceedings.
