Career
Since 1998, Eugenio advises domestic and international clients on regulation and IT contracts on topics including telecoms (land and satellite), software, cloud infrastructures, AI, e-identity and telemarketing. He has also extensive experience in litigation (administrative/civil courts) and in proceedings in front of Regulatory Authorities (government authorities moniotoring antitrust - telecoms - privacy - digital services).
Eugenio is Adjunct professor of Business Cyberlaw and of Data Management and Algorithm Law, both at Rome LUISS University.
He holds a Ph.D in Business Law
He was appointed by the Italian Government in several regulatory and advisory committees, including the one revising the Italian Digital Code to regulate the Italian electronic identity.
