Eugenio Evans usually advises companies, public organizations, and other entities, in matters related to Constitutional, Administrative, Regulatory and Energy Law.

He is recognized for his practical vision of the market and his ability to solve clients’ problems, in addition to his academic contributions.He is an outstanding undergraduate and graduate university professor in his areas of expertise.
