Euan Lloyd

Euan heads Al Tamimi & Company’s Construction & Infrastructure practice.

He is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales and New South Wales and has practised across civil and common law jurisdictions in Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific, where he served as Group General Counsel for a global construction and engineering company for over four years.

Euan advises a range of stakeholders on high-value concession agreements, construction contracts, O&M contracts, and consultant services agreements across power, utilities, infrastructure, building, and development projects.

He also has extensive experience in construction claims and contentious matters, including arbitration, court proceedings, expert determination, and mediation/conciliation. Euan is a frequent speaker at construction industry events and regularly publishes articles on topical issues.
