Estefanía Alemán is the General Manager of Icaza Trust Corporation and a member of its Board of Directors. She was appointed as a partner of Icaza, González-Ruiz & Alemán in 2023.

As General Manager and Director of Icaza Trust Corporation, Estefanía leads a team of fiduciary services professionals and oversees the administration of more than one hundred and fifty trusts. She is responsible for the establishment, implementation, and management of estate planning and commercial trusts, including administration, payment source, credit, and public trusts. Additionally, Estefanía manages the preparation of legal documentation, the development of process manuals, and the daily operations of the trusts.

Her extensive expertise includes developing administrative and operational controls for fiduciary procedures, as well as supervising and controlling risk mitigation and anti-money laundering processes related to the trust company's services.

She is a founding member and President of the Asociación de Empresas Fiduciarias de Panamá, an organization of Panamanian trust companies dedicated to promoting Panama as an international financial center.
