Erik Borgblad has a broad practice with a primary focus on transactions and a particular focus on the real estate industry. Over the past 15 years, Erik has continuously assisted clients in some of Sweden’s largest real estate transactions. Further, Erik has extensive experience of both public and private M&A outside the real estate sector, including IPOs, public takeover offers, share issues and other fund & capital raising activities.
