During his more than 20 years of practice Ergo has advised on a number of significant transactions in the Estonian M&A market such as:

- Advising City of Tallinn and OÜ Utilitas in acquisition of controlling stake in OMX-listed AS Tallinna Vesi i EUR 120 million and subsequent mandatory takeover offer (2021)

- Advising on state aid to the amount of EUR 30 million which had been granted by Nordic Aviation Group AS (Nordica), including state aid authorisation by the European Commission (2020)

- Advising the owners of OÜ Utilitas on the involvement of EDIF II, with a transaction value of over 300 million euros (2018)

- Advising Transpordi Varahaldus OÜ in the largest private finance investment into Estonian aviation, issue of bonds and acquisition of 2 Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft (2017)

- Advising Atomico in Pipedrive Series B round (2016)

- Advising NG Investeeringud OÜ (a leading Estonian private investment undertaking) in all of their acquisitions during 2005–2008
