Erez co-heads the firm and focuses on real estate, hospitality, and banking and finance. He advises on complex and high-value real estate transactions and development projects, including the acquisition and sale of land and commercial real estate (plots, buildings and commercial centres), combination transactions, and the ongoing legal support of projects from site acquisition and negotiations with local authorities through to apartment sales, leasing and project completion, including agreements with contractors, consultants and suppliers.
Erez has significant experience in real estate finance, representing all Israeli banks and most leading Israeli insurance companies on some of the largest and highest-value transactions in Israel, including syndicated financings involving multiple lenders. He also represents developers and investment funds on complex financing transactions in the Israeli market.
In the hospitality sector, Erez advises entrepreneurs and operators on hotel acquisitions and conversions, as well as on hotel management agreements and hotel lease agreements. He represents international clients in their activities in Israel and Israeli clients in their cross-border activities abroad.
