He is the former president of the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association – CHTA (2010-2012) and other tourism associations. He was also CENTRAL LAW´s Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2012-2014.
He is an active member of the Dominican Republic Bar Association, the Inter-American Bar Association (ITBA), and the American Bar Association (ABA).
