Enrique De Marchena Kaluche is the managing partner of the firm. His practice is focused on foreign investment, corporate and business law, real estate, and tourism, and government relations.

Professional Memberships
He has been an active member of the Board of Directors of the Dominican Hotel & Tourism Association (ASONAHORES) since 1998, Honorary Consul to Jamaica in the Dominican Republic since 1994, and Honorary Professor of the Hotel Administration Faculty at UCE (Central East University).
He is the former president of the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association – CHTA (2010-2012) and other tourism associations. He was also CENTRAL LAW´s Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2012-2014.
He is an active member of the Dominican Republic Bar Association, the Inter-American Bar Association (ITBA), and the American Bar Association (ABA).
