Enrique Carretero has been a partner in the Madrid office of Baker McKenzie since 2001 and has over 35 years of experience in the area of M&A, corporate law and securities. In 1992, he joined the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores – CNMV (Spanish Securities Exchange Commission) as legal advisor for primary markets and secondary markets divisions. From 2000 to 2002, he was a member of the Consulting Committee of the CNMV, representing listed companies.
