His expertise encompasses all areas of employment and social insurance matters.

Key clients include leading players in manufacturing (Bolton Group, Stahl and Granarolo), consulting (McKinsey and Standard & Poor), medical (UPMC), education (Università Bocconi) and banking (Fineco and Banca Generali) sectors.

He has been advising Italian and international clients since 1990 on employment and social insurance matters, and has a consolidated background in the drafting of both subordinate employment and independent consultancy contracts, with a particular focus on executive remuneration and incentive packages, as well as in the management and termination of employment relations.

He has extensive experience in the negotiation and settlement of all types of labour and employment disputes. He regularly acts for clients in downsizing, transfer of going concerns and corporate restructuring matters, aided by his reputation in the handling of industrial relations issues.

He is a recognised expert on health and safety in the workplace (including in contracting agreements and outsourcing) as well as on sales agency relationships and their termination.
