Emmet is a Partner in the Byrne Wallace Shields LLP Corporate department.

Emmet is experienced in advising a broad range of clients across different business sectors and has a strong track record in advising on investments into and trade sales of technology businesses.

Emmet also advises on corporate structuring/restructuring and on venture capital and private equity investments and structuring. Emmet is the co-author of "The Law and Practice of Irish Stamp Duty" published by the Irish Taxation Institute and has published numerous articles on stamp duty issues.
