Emmanuèle de Dampierre specialises in all areas of intellectual property (IP) law (trademarks, patents, designs, author’s rights and related rights). She is also active in the field of information communication technology (ICT) and data protection. She assists companies operating in various industries (professionals of the financial sector, the automotive, publishing and sports sectors, the media and telecommunications, etc.) both in advisory and litigation matters. Emmanuèle also advises clients with respect to the IP and data protection aspects of their corporate transactions.

Member of the AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle).

Member of the APDL (Association pour la Protection des Données au Luxembourg).

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014.

Member of the Paris Bar between 2010 and 2023.

Emmanuèle regularly writes articles in her field of activity.

Emmanuèle de Dampierre contributed to the Chambers Trade Marks & Copyright 2026 Global Practice Guide, offering valuable insights into Luxembourg's trademark and copyright law and practice.

In 2024 and 2025, Emmanuèle de Dampierre also contributed to the Chambers Trade Marks & Copyright Global Practice Guide.
