Emma advises a wide range of clients in relation to a broad range of succession planning, including complex trust restructuring work, lifetime estate planning, and putting in place tax-efficient and flexible wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for her clients. Emma has particular expertise in advising clients with corporate structures, including advising business owning clients in relation to the transition of wealth and pre-sale planning, as well as establishing and advising existing Family Investment Companies and other vehicles to hold investments and assist with the long-term management of wealth for future generations.

Emma has been at Mills & Reeve for over 10 years, having joined as a trainee solicitor in 2014, and qualified in 2016.
