Emma Davies is a Corporate partner in our London office. She has 25 years of experience advising financial institutions, industrial groups, trading companies, and global investors on strategic investments, restructurings, and partnerships across Greater China and the wider APAC region.

Emma's recent work includes advising clients on the restructuring of their PRC operations in response to the rapidly evolving macroeconomic and geopolitical landscape. This has involved business carve-outs, spin-off listings, and new business combinations with leading listed and unlisted enterprises in China.

Emma led the China Corporate/M&A group in Shanghai from 2002–2012 and founded the Firm’s China antitrust practice.
