She has extensive experience in divorce and matrimonial finance, regularly acting in cases involving significant wealth, complex business interests and international assets. Elinor is highly skilled in advising on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and the financial implications of separation for clients with substantial personal and generational wealth.
Her children practice encompasses private law matters, including successful applications for Leave to Remove children from the jurisdiction, as well as urgent protective orders such as Prohibited Steps and Specific Issue orders. Elinor also has a strong track record in handling emergency applications, including without notice Non-Molestation and Occupation orders, as well as financial remedies such as emergency freezing injunctions to safeguard assets.
Elinor is a Resolution Accredited Specialist and is committed to resolving matters constructively where possible, offering a pragmatic, discreet, and solutions-focused approach.
