Elikem is well-respected across the world as a lawyer, entrepreneur, and thought leader. He started, grew and exited Oxford & Beaumont Solicitors, a market-disrupting law firm, and is currently the chairman of Keystone Solicitors. His areas of expertise include banking and finance, capital markets, corporate/commercial and corporate governance. He has advised several clients on complex transactions in Ghana across sectors such as energy, telecommunications and infrastructure.
He is the author of Kuenyehia on Entrepreneurship, a textbook on entrepreneurship set within the Ghanaian context and is currently a Professor of Practice at University of Buckingham where he teaches Entrepreneurship in an African context, Leading Professional Service Firms, and Corporate Governance.
