Edward Vidnes

Edward is a partner in our Private Client team. He joined RWK Goodman in September 2013 and specialises in Wills, estate planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as elderly and incapacity issues such as Deputyships and Personal Injury Trust matters.

Edward previously worked for 10 years at Bath firm, Burningham & Brown, dealing with all aspects of private client law, from the drafting of Wills, the administration of estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications.

Edward’s skills and experience include:

estate planning and administration (including lifetime gifts and inheritance issues)

varying the distribution of an estate

applications for probate, including both Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration

Edward is a student member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) having gained a distinction in STEP’s Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation.
