Edward also has extensive experience of advising and representing clients accused of serious crimes, including rape, manslaughter and murder. He is an accomplished advocate with Higher Rights of Audience, which allow him to conduct jury trials himself before the Crown Court. He also has a particular specialism in advising clients in relation to Criminal Records Bureau checks and applications to amend or delete individuals’ records contained on the Police National Computer. He has an impressive track-record of successfully applying to delete unlawfully administered police cautions.
