Eduardo Paoliello is the partner responsible for the Tax Law area and co-responsible for the Corporate and Business Law areas. He is a former President of CESA/MG – Centro de Estudos das Sociedades de Advogados, Minas Gerais Section – from 2015 to 2017, and is currently a member of its board of directors.

He is the president of the Law Firm Committee and a member of the Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration Committee, both of the OAB/MG.

His practice focuses on consulting and strategic litigation and arbitration, with significant experience in preparing legal opinions and reports in the tax area, in business contracts and corporate arrangements.

He serves national and international clients of various sizes in tax planning operations and in corporate restructuring.

He has a strong presence in strategic litigation involving matters of tax law, corporate law, business law, bankruptcy law and corporate recovery. Eduardo also participates in arbitrations of corporate, business and contractual matters, either as a lawyer for the parties or as an arbitrator.
