Partner at Brigagão, Duque Estrada - Advogados. Started his career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (2009). Joined Ulhôa Canto in 2011, where he worked in both tax litigation and advisory until 2018. Became a tax partner at Brigagão Duque Estrada in 2018. In addition to his professional work, Eduardo also carries out academic activities, serving as a tax professor in various post-graduation courses (Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies - IBET/RJ; Fundação Getulio Vargas - FGV; and the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets - IBMEC).

Director of the Brazilian Financial Law Association (ABDF), local representation of the International Fiscal Association. Member of the Tax Committee at the Brazilian Bar Association (Rio de Janeiro).
