From 1998 until 2010 he held several positions at the Panamanian Public Ministry, including Auxiliary Prosecutor of the Republic, General Secretary of the General Attorney, Superior Prosecutor of the Fourth Judicial District, Prosecutor against Organized Crime, Anticorruption Prosecutor, Senior Special Prosecutor for Civil Affairs and First Circuit Prosecutor.
In 2010 he founded Guevara Legal Bureau, a litigation boutique law firm which provides clients the highest standards of legal expertise on civil and criminal litigation. Guevara Legal Bureau has successfully represented major companies in the banking and financial industry, media companies, non-governmental organizations, construction, real estate and capital markets enterprises, as well as high profile individuals in legal proceedings in Panama.
Eduardo obtained a Juris Doctor Degree in Private Law and Superior Studies in Commercial Law, both from the University of Paris II Pantheon-Assas. He also holds an LL.B. from Universidad de Panama.
