Founding of García-Godos & Lindley Russo Law Firm. Partner at international trade law, life sciences and Corporate Law. President of the Trade Facilitation Institute (Lima-Panama), think tank engaged in trade facilitation policy making in the Latin American Region. Arbitrator at the Lima Chamber of Commerce and Amcham. Incoterms 2020 ICC Certified Expert.

He has been Trade Facilitation Leader of the USAID Trade Facilitation and Standards Alliance projects in Lima and Colombia. Former official of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of Peru and negotiator of international trade agreements and former Chairman of the Oversight Regulatory Agency of Perú. Consultant of IDB, USAID and APEC. Associate of major Law Firms in Perú.

Speaker at World Customs Organization annual IT Conferences in Cancun 2015, Senegal 2016, and Lima 2018, as well as several trade facilitation conferences in the Latin American region.

Visiting Lecturer in International Trade Law at the Universidad del Turabo (Puerto Rico).
