Career
Eduardo represents clients in domestic and international arbitration matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate disputes, infrastructure, and particularly in conflicts arising from construction agreements and public concessions. He also represents clients in complex litigation in the areas of environmental law, information technology, infrastructure, and arbitration-related disputes.
Eduardo has been the vice president of the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) International Court of Arbitration since 2018, and a member of the International Council for International Arbitration’s (ICCA) governing body since 2022. He was a founder and former president of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee, and remains a board member. Eduardo was also previously the vice president of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB) and the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Arbitration Committee.
