Eduardo is a lawyer who graduated in 2001 from the Faculty of Law at Universidade Candido Mendes. Since 2003, he is a founding partner of Negreiro, Moreira & Kiralyhegy (NMK) Advogados, specializing in Public Law, including Tax, Customs, Regulatory, and Administrative matters, both in litigation and advisory capacities. Eduardo has served on the Fiscal Councils of publicly traded companies and was an ICMS Inspector for the External Control Tax Internal Affairs Bureau of the State of Rio de Janeiro Finance Department from 2013 to 2020. He is a speaker at numerous events focusing on Tax and Customs Law and contributes his expertise as a lecturer in university courses.

Eduardo's practice primarily serves sectors such as navigation, shipbuilding, transport and logistics, industrial and general services.
