He regularly supports clients on cross-border commercial contracts that involve cutting-edge technologies and complex commercial considerations.

Alongside his transactional work, Ed is particularly experienced in navigating the fast-evolving landscape of consumer protection and digital regulation in the UK and EU, guiding clients through compliance, regulatory investigations, and enforcement actions, including those involving the UK’s CMA and the EU CPC. He also advises on the legal challenges arising from new and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and online marketplaces. With a practice spanning the technology, media and telecommunications, consumer products, retail, and life sciences sectors, Ed counsels clients on strategic commercial contracts, high-stakes regulatory investigations and advisory matters.

Ed’s in-house experience includes a year-long secondment to the UK legal team of a leading global technology company, where he gained valuable insight into the commercial and industry priorities of a global technology business."
