Duygu Turgut is the only female partner in the award-winning, top-tier-ranked M&A Practice of the Esin Attorney Partnership, member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, a Swiss Verein. She is the first full-time working female partner of the Firm since 2013, and she has been advising clients on their high-profile M&A transactions in the Turkish market for over 15 years.

She has strong expertise in all aspects of M&A transactions, including financial and strategic considerations, advising both buy-side and sell-side clients. Her expertise spans several sectors, from healthcare to energy and infrastructure to retail. She has led several high-profile transactions for Turkish and multinational clients.
