Duygu Acar Yücesoy is the founding and managing partner and leads our Commercial, Corporate and M&A practice.

She is frequently entrusted with leading M&A projects as well as providing strategic corporate and commercial advice. She also regularly advises start-ups, mobile gaming companies, and fintech companies.
In addition, she delivers specialised courses and lectures in the field of M&A, offering university students practical insights and a deeper understanding of the complexities involved in mergers and acquisitions.
