Duygu Acar Yücesoy is the founding and managing partner and leads our Commercial, Corporate and M&A practice.
She is widely recognised for her work on M&A transactions, major corporate restructurings, and complex corporate and commercial advisory matters.
She advises both local and international clients and, over the past year, has been involved in several high-value matters for high-profile clients. She is frequently entrusted with leading M&A projects as well as providing strategic corporate and commercial advice. She also regularly advises start-ups, mobile gaming companies, and fintech companies.
In addition, she delivers specialised courses and lectures in the field of M&A, offering university students practical insights and a deeper understanding of the complexities involved in mergers and acquisitions.
As a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, Duygu Acar Yücesoy also holds the designation of a registered patent and trademark attorney with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. Furthermore, she is a registered mediator at the Department of Mediation.
